What if the item that I want to order is not in stock?

Due to the distinctive, one-of-a-kind nature of our jewelry, once a desired item is gone…it is gone. We aim to provide new pieces every 14 days. We will make every effort to keep the site well-stocked with a variety of handcrafted pieces for your purchasing pleasure. 

Do you ship worldwide? How much is shipping?

Currently, we are only shipping within the United States, but we are working on providing international shipping as soon as possible. Postage is a flat rate price (seen on checkout page), but if your order is over $100 before taxes, you are eligible for FREE SHIPPING!

How do you ship?

Currently we ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class/Priority Mail. First Class/Priority mail generally takes 2 to 4 days for delivery within the contiguous United States once it has been placed in their care.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order/payment is processed, you will receive a tracking number in order to follow the journey of your package.

What do I do if my package is lost or stolen?

If you have not received your package, but your tracking lists the package as delivered, you must contact your local post office for further assistance immediately. Once packages are handed off to USPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of your goods.
